What we collect. Only what you send us. If you use the enquiry form: your name, organisation, e-mail address, telephone number if you give one, and the text of your message. If you write or telephone instead, the contents of that correspondence. The site itself does not profile visitors, does not run analytics and does not embed third-party content.

Why. To answer your enquiry and, if it becomes an order, to perform the contract. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence.

Processors. The site is hosted by Netlify, which receives the form submission and forwards it to us. Our e-mail is hosted by Hostinger. Both process the data on our instructions in order to deliver the message.

Retention. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for two years. Contract documentation is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to complain to the supervisory authority in your country. Write to the address above and we will answer within one month.

These are the standing terms. The contract for an individual order takes precedence wherever the two differ.

• Quotations. Valid fourteen days from issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT unless the quotation says otherwise.
• Specification. The bill of materials attached to the quotation is the specification. Where a part becomes unavailable after order we propose an equivalent in writing; nothing is substituted silently.
• Lead times. Confirmed lead times are stated per line. Lines marked as an estimate are exactly that, and we will not treat an estimate as a contractual date.
• Title and risk. Title passes on full payment. Risk passes on delivery to the agreed place.
• Warranty. Manufacturer warranty is passed through where it exists. On lines bought on the secondary market we state our own warranty term on the quotation.
• Acceptance. Installation work is accepted against the handover protocol signed on site. Outstanding items are listed on the protocol with a date.
• Liability. Limited to the value of the order, except where Slovak law does not permit a limitation. We do not accept liability for loss of data; backups remain the customer’s responsibility.
• Export control and sanctions. Certain computing hardware is a controlled item. We screen counterparties and end users, and we will decline or unwind a transaction that we cannot complete lawfully.
• Governing law. Slovak law. Disputes go to the competent court at our registered seat unless the contract provides otherwise.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from a third-party server. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, which is kept in local storage on your own device and is never sent anywhere.

Because there is nothing to consent to, there is no consent banner.
